MSF

You will rarely deal with MSF directly. You meet it through the paperwork. When a registered paediatrician, psychiatrist or psychologist completes the Disability Verification Form for your child, what that form establishes is verified disability status with MSF. Several schemes then check that status instead of asking you to prove the diagnosis again.

Verified status is a key, not a door. The form itself says that verification of disability status does not automatically qualify a person for disability schemes or services, and that scheme-specific criteria may still apply.

MSF also sits behind agencies you do deal with. The Developmental Disability Registry Identity Card is administered by SG Enable on behalf of MSF, and SG Enable is the agency you actually contact.
