DS-LS

Under DS-LS, early-intervention professionals and allied health professionals work with your child in their preschool, on an individualised plan. They also support your child’s teachers in the classroom and guide you at home, so the help carries beyond the sessions.

Eligibility: your child is in K1 or K2, is a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, and is not in another MSF-funded early-intervention programme at the same time. Ask your preschool whether it participates — the preschool assesses eligibility and delivers the programme.

Out-of-pocket cost for Singapore Citizens is S$5 to S$290 a month for Development Support and S$5 to S$130 a month for Learning Support, scaled by household income (as of July 2026).
