THK EIPIC Centres

Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THKMC) runs its children’s early-intervention work under the umbrella “THK Early Intervention for Children (EIC)”, with centres branded “THK EIPIC Centre @ [location]”.

The six centres are at Toa Payoh, Pioneer, Ang Mo Kio, Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands and Tampines (as of July 2026). Placement follows the standard EIPIC route: paediatrician assessment, then referral through SG Enable.
