Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore
Don’t let the name narrow your shortlist: Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (formerly the Spastic Children’s Association of Singapore, founded 1957) serves children with a range of disabilities beyond cerebral palsy.
Its early-intervention programme is branded CPAS GROW, and it also runs CPAS School — a SPED school for students aged 7 to 18. Early-intervention placement follows the standard EIPIC route via SG Enable.
