Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children – Care
EIPIC-Care flips the usual model: instead of your child attending sessions at a centre, you learn how to support your child’s development yourself, through tailored workshops and parent-child coaching sessions with Associate Psychologists. The programme runs as three modules.
It is a pilot, so availability is limited: it runs at a community-based centre in the north-east, and is open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents whose child has been assessed by a paediatrician as needing medium levels of support.
The fee is S$288 for Singapore Citizens and S$576 for Permanent Residents, before GST (as of July 2026). If your child needs centre-based support instead, see EIPIC.
