WeCAN
WeCAN is the early intervention arm of the Autism Resource Centre (Singapore), for children aged six and below. It sits at ARC’s main office, 5 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10, and teaches in three levels rather than in therapy sessions.
You cannot start the process with WeCAN directly. Every referral reaches it through SG Enable, as an EIPIC referral, and only KKH, NUH, SGH and private paediatricians can make that referral. A confirmed autism diagnosis is not required to enrol.
There is no published flat fee: a government grant offsets the cost for every child, and the actual monthly fee is advised after means-testing, once a place is offered. For the route in, the wait, and how WeCAN fits beside Pathlight School and E2C, see our guide: Autism Resource Centre (ARC): what it runs and how to get in.
